    Hello,

Since upgrading to the 5.12.two version, my married woman & I are not able to connect with Chase Bank (we both get "Download Mistake (-30) Invalid_credentials" saying username or password doesn't friction match) for the bank accounts (the JP Morgan Roth Fund works). I know the username & countersign are correct equally I can go on the Chase Banking company website directly.

The connection type for Hunt Bank is Quicken Connect (as for all my other non-Hunt accounts, as well). For the Roth, information technology is Straight Connect. Practise I need to switch the banking concern to Direct? If and so, will that mess up my years of data (Chase alone goes dorsum to 2003)?

    Thank you

Yep, same problem hither. One Step Update didn't study anything wrong, simply I knew I had a bunch of transactions that had not been downloaded yet. I did a split up "Update now" through Q on my Chase credit card account and information technology came back with a "incorrect password" error. The password was correct, but I entered information technology again in the field provided. Quicken locked up and I had to force information technology to shut.

No problem logging into chase through my browser.

Indicated that my countersign and/or email are invalid still I can sign on through my browser. Is there an issue with Chase connectivity? All other accounts are working fine. I checked Chase'south sit and there are no known problems. It worked fine yesterday.

  • seankelly

I just tried also on quicken web and aforementioned thing. I includes a code: Care Code: ccscrape.103

For me it had been working until I ran into some issues with my files and had to reset some things yesterday.  Yesterday on another computer I was able to restore my logins, but late terminal night and this morning I'g non able to restore them on my primary computer.  When I login to Hunt's website I go a notice at the tiptop that 'Some parts of this page might not be working right now.'

I wonder if that's messing with things?

When I log into my Chase business relationship in a spider web browser in that location is a message at the elevation saying they are working on their website and that some features are currently unavailable. I think this is affecting Quicken being able to connect to Chase. I'm experiencing connection errors also when I attempt to update.

  • paulzilwhite

Michael, thank you. I just logged onto Chase & all is fine at that place. I am however getting the fault on Quicken download with them. The trouble started on eight-22 when I upgraded the plan.

Hunt has been having a ton of problems this weekend it looks like.  That first item in the file Tyka pointed to would be my side by side finish, which is to disable download on all your Chase accounts and so re-enable it.  I have to do that every once in a while with my bank, though it'due south gotten less frequent.

Just brand sure you friction match the accounts if it'southward successful and y'all don't accidentally create a new i!

If you lot are connecting to Hunt credit cards with Quicken Connect/Express Web Connect, I recommend you modify it over Direct Connect to fix this issue now and avert this blazon of problem in the futurity. Direct Connect is working fine to Hunt credit cards and is free.

    Thank you Tyka,

Deleting the Keychain & reconnecting appears to have worked. Would you recommend as RickO did that I switch over to Direct Connect instead of Quicken Connect for all of them on Hunt?

    Hi Paulzilwhite,

I personally have had a good experience using Quicken Connect with Chase salve for this error today. It does depend on the bank. As a whole, Direct Connect is a more reliable selection and if it's available for free, I would definitely take advantage of that.

I have a checking account and haven't seen a need to pay a monthly fee to download using Direct Connect.

To brand this change, go to Settings in the bottom right-hand corner and choose 'Change Connexion Type' then cull 'Options' and so Direct Connect.

For more than information on how Quicken Connects, I would review the article beneath

    Hope this helps!

I was using Limited Web Connect. Deactivating the account and enabling information technology once more using Direct Connect fixed my upshot.

Since the concluding update my accounts with Chase are not syncing. The error I receive is fastened. I know I have valid credentials as I checked my bank business relationship. When or how is this resolved?

  • Andy Crouch

When I try to update my Chase credit cards online, I go this fault:

INVALID_CREDENTIALS:ccrscape.103:Login error. Your username or password doesn't match what we have on file.

Clicking the "Resolve" push button side by side to the error bulletin and re-entering my correct credentials fails.

I got this error about a week ago and re-entered my Hunt credentials (which hadn't changed) in Quicken and was able to restore connectivity without getting the error later on the "Resolve" step.

Nothing has inverse nearly my Hunt login credentials at whatever signal in this procedure. I tin login to the website straight with the same credentials without an upshot.

  • kcuts44

With latest update now I am unable to login to Hunt for downloads. Have deactivated and tried to reactivate with no luck.

  • robcurci2

Delight try this and see if it helps.
Log Into Chase. Go to Profile & Settings --> Business relationship Safe --> Desktop Software and Approve PFM. Information technology will accept some fourth dimension earlier Hunt updates their records (few hours) and and so Quicken will function fine after that. I never had this error until this week.
    > They volition also send you lot a secure message to validate your identity, it volition not permit you to connect without that confirmed.

  • robcurci2

I was non charged at all for this change. I am a "free" user and in that location was no disclosure indicating a cost associated. I likewise deactivated all iii of my accounts and reactivated the accounts.

It could be Hunt changed access rules. When I logged in to their website and went to Profile & Settings -> AccountSafe -> Desktop Software, access was no longer enabled. I enabled admission, simply nil has changed yet. As robcurci2 said higher up, it could have a bit to drift the permissions into the Chase server. I'll attempt again in a few hours...

Check your primary email for your Chase business relationship for a notification in your Secure Message Center (or just go there) and validate your identity.

I simply updated to five.12.13. No problem with Chase for me. Perhaps try again later. My QM couldn't connect to Citi yesterday, but today it is working. I did have to relink Citi a few days agone when Citi did a security update. BTW, I e'er try Direct Connect first. Quicken Connect only if that doesn't work.

Today, Quicken asked for the login credentials to my Hunt Visa account, which Quicken had been happily downloading for months. I entered my credentials (having confirmed them by logging in to the Hunt Visa website) but Quicken keeps looping back to the login window.

    Please suggest. Thank y'all.
